Understand all about IBPS Banking exam

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection handles hiring procedures at India's Rural and Public Sector Banks. These financial institutions have a mix of public and private sector ownership. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts exams with titles like "IBPS PO," "IBPS Clerk," "IBPS SO," and "IBPS RRB" (IBPS). There were 50 million people who signed up for the various IBPS  banking examinations that took place in 2020-21. Several roles at public sector banks and regional rural banks that participated in the recruiting are open to previous IBPS recruits. Specialist Officers, Clerical Cadre Officers, and Probationary Officers come under this umbrella group.  Recruiting through IBPS: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is the independent organization administering recruitment exams for all PSBs aside from SBI. In addition, there is a preliminary test and a major exam for the IBPS Clerk examination.

Applicants are given twenty minutes To complete each question-and-answer part. One hundred questions make up the preliminary test and will be used to determine a student's score. General knowledge and financial awareness, general English, reasoning ability and computer skills, and mathematical aptitude are all part of the main examination for IBPS Clerk applicants. The exam has a total time limit of 160 minutes, although the length may vary depending on the sections you choose to take. Students can gain a maximum of 200 points on the test, which comprises 190 questions.  Detailed Exam Pattern of IBPS PO: There will be three sections to the evaluation for the IBPS PO position. First, a hundred multiple-choice questions will be presented objectively on the test. There will be questions on English, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude, among other things. There is a one-hour time limit on the written segment of the preliminary test for IBPS PO candidates to complete multiple-choice questions.  Candidates will be given twenty minutes to complete each component of the test. There will be objective and descriptive questions in the primary test. The overall objective examination consists of four subtests: the reasoning and computer aptitude exam, the general/economy/banking awareness test, the English language test, and the data analysis and interpretation test. Questions on both English language and literature make up the section of the test devoted to description (Letter Writing and Essay). If you complete the primary examination in its entirety, you will receive 225 points. The interview is worth 100 points in total. 

A pattern of Exam for IBPS SO

English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking emphasize the IBPS SO Preliminary exam for Law Officer and Rajbhasha Adhikari. The questions cover these themes. Exam Pattern for IBPS RRB Exams for Officers Scale I, II, III, and Office Assistant have distinct structures in the IBPS RRB tests. However, officers Scale I, and Office Assistant candidates must take the same preliminarily administered test. The thinking and numerical abilities of candidates are assessed in this test, which all applicants take. Questions on the primary examination will assess your cognitive talents, arithmetic skills, general knowledge, English and Hindi language skills, and computer proficiency. Those who wish to apply for the SO position must also complete the Professional Knowledge element of the application process.
